IAM Services Lead China

TheChinaLeadforIdentity&AccessManagement(IAM)Servicesreportsto＜TBD＞.ThisrolemanagesallIAMrelatedarchitecture,engineering,andoperationalfunctionsoftheChinaIAMprogram,whilemaintainingcompliancewithEYGlobalpoliciesandstandardsaswellasapplicableChineselawsandregulations.TheLeadworkscollaborativelywithcounterpartsandstakeholdersinEYglobalandChinaITandbusinessareastodefineandimplementtheChinaIAMstrategy,roadmap,andrequiredservices.TheLeadisresponsibleforthealignmentofbusiness,operationalandsecurityrequirements,andtranslationofthoserequirementsintotechnicalIAMcapabilitiesservingtheEYChinafirm.IAMservicesinclude,butarenotlimitedto,identitylifecyclemanagement,authenticationandauthorization,accessrequests,accessprovisioning,accessreauthorization,multi-factorauthentication,IAMroleandentitlementmodels,publickeyinfrastructure,cloudservices,anddirectoryservicestechnologies.TheLeadwillmanageaChina-basedteamofarchitects,engineersandoperationspersonnelandworkwitharchitect,strategyandproductleadstocreatearoadmapthatmeetsbusiness,IT,legalandregulatoryrequirements.EssentialFunctionsoftheJob:Primaryresponsibilitiesassociatedwiththisroleare:•SubjectmatterexpertiseintheareasofIAMtechnologiesincludingdirectoryservices,authentication/authorizationservices,IdentityGovernanceandAdministration(IGA),publickeyinfrastructure,andsinglesign-ontechnologies.ActiveDirectory(AD)andAzureActiveDirectory(AAD)arepredominanttechnologiesusedbythefirmandassuchdeepskillsintheseareasarerequired.•ManagesandoverseestheIAMserviceteamsalignedtoaspectsofIdentityManagement,SecureAccess,PublicKeyInfrastructure,CredentialManagement,DirectoryServicesandMicrosoftEnhancedSecurityAdminitrativeEnvironment(ESAE)acrossarchitecture,engineeringandoperationalsupport.•EnsurecompliancewithEYInformationSecuritypoliciesandstandardsastheypertaintotheIAMspace.•EnsurecompliancewithChinalawsandregulations.•LeadteamswhichdirectlysupportthesuccessfuldeliveryofIAMprojectsthroughteammanagementandprojectparticipationbyw
