工作职责
Plans and supervises the day to day operations of the banquet service activities to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, standards and aiming at satisfying and exceeding the clients' expectations.
-定期监控和审查宴会的服务标准以满足顾客的独特需求。
Establishes and reviews the standards of performance, in line with the operating concept of the restaurant, which contribute to an attentive and distinctive experience that leaves our clients inspired.
-确定培训需求及计划,并确实执行已制定的培训活动并给于培训Identifies the training needs, assists in the development of a training plan and the implementation of the training activities and follows up to ensure compliance and their effectiveness. At times, conducts training.
-组织和监督宴会的摆设和服务,并与相关部门就宴会情况和顾客的要求,安排相应的服务人员,并控制劳动成本和加班费用
Organizes and monitors banquet set up and service with relevant departments as per event order and guests requirements, schedules staff accordingly, controlling labor costs and minimizing overtime payment.
定时检查宴会部的设施及设备并确保所有的设备运转正常和安全,及定期清洁和保养维修
Inspects banquet areas to ensure that the physical facilities and equipments are well kept and that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, by coordinating the cleaning and maintenance and arranging for repairs and other services such as linen laundering, plants servicing,...

Anticipates and maintains all materials and supplies ensuring their availability. Controls usage of all food items and appropriate usage of equipments, tools and service equipments ensuring all equipments is used in a correct and safe manner.
