空调/暖通主管

岗位职责

 Assist other team staff to handle day-to-day repair work.

协助其它班组员工处理日常报修工作

 Assist the HVAC Duty Engineer to complete the maintenance of equipment and facilities of the systems under the responsibility of the HVAC team, such as:

协助暖通主管完成暖通班组所负责系统设备设施维护保养工作，如：

 Maintenance of air-conditioning heating system

空调采暖系统的维护保养

 Maintenance of air-conditioning refrigeration system

空调制冷系统的维护保养

 Maintenance of refrigerator and cold storage system

冰箱、冷库的系统维护保养

 Maintenance of guest room fan coiler

客房风机盘管的维护保养

 Maintenance of air-conditioning cabinets in public areas for guest use

客用公区空调风柜的维护保养

 Maintenance of cooling tower

冷却塔的维护保养

 Ensures proper functioning of AC and Refrigeration equipment in all areas.

确保所有区域的空调和制冷设备的正常运作。

 Add chemicals to chilled water and condenser water as necessary

必要时向冷冻水和冷凝水中添加化学品

 Carries out daily testing and water treatment of A/C water systems.

实施空调供水系统的日常监测和水处理

 Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly

熟悉酒店安全、急救和消防及应急程序，安全、合理地操作设备

 Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers

主动采取行动纠正有潜在危险的情形，并将潜在危险通知暖通值班工程师。

 Participate in the daily shift work of the operation team, inspect the equipment and facilities in the plant room, and handle the emergency treatment of possible or existing faults, as well as handle the maintenance work of the day and the previous shift.

参与运行班组日常的倒班工作，对机房设备设施进行巡视检查，对可能出现或已发的故障进行紧急处理，同时处理当天与上一班留下的维修工作。

 Maintain good relationship with colleagues and establish good teamwork spirit.

与同事保持良好的关系,建立良好团队合作精神

 Use appropriate tools to prevent slipping or accidents during work.

工作中要使用适合的工具以防打滑或出现事故

 Complete the cleanliness of the equipment and facilities in charge of the server room and keep it neat and tidy.

完成所负责机房设备设施的清洁，并保持整洁。

 Finish the arrangement and inventory of accessories in the warehouse in charge to ensure that the stock quantity is correct and sufficient.

完成所负责库房配件的整理与盘点，确保库存数量正确与充足。

 To follow up other tasks which assigned by superior.
