Early Years Bilingual Classroom Practitioner

Purpose of Job • To provide support for children within in PK, K1, K2, K3 with the teaching and support of the Harrow Little Lions Curriculum( LLC) and Chinese Government Guidelines(MOE) of children. • To co-work with the teacher and the school in providing outstanding standards of achievement for all pupils within the Kindergarten, contribute to the learning and teaching activities in Little Lions.• To encourage children to become independent learners, to ensure their safety and welfare and support the inclusion of children in all aspects of school life.• To plan Little Lions events/ trips according to school calendar and children’s interest.• To liaise with and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and parents and other professionals to play a key role in communication with parents.• 按照小狮课程和中国政府儿童指南的要求进行教学和支持，为PK, K1, K2, K3阶段的儿童提供支持。• 与班级外籍老师合作，为幼儿园的所有学生提供卓越的成绩标准，为学生的学习和教学活动做出贡献。• 鼓励儿童成为独立的学习者，确保他们的安全和福利，并支持儿童融入学校生活的各个方面。• 与同事和家长，以及其他相关人士保持有效的工作关系，在与家长沟通方面发挥关键作用。Duties and Responsibilities • Co-Plan and work with foreign teachers to define clear teaching objectives and conduct teaching and assessment in accordance with school requirements to support high quality teaching and learning and help raise achievement standards for all students.• Understand and implement the Harrow Little Lion curriculum while promoting both internal and external independent learning and self-reliance and interdependence among students. Observe the child's performance and participation, record feedback on the child's progress and learning using a curriculum related assessment system, maintain student assessm
